    Job Title: Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers significant room for advancement, ample training, and excellent benefits starting on your first day.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with team members in a physical role, requiring consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching.

    + Assist the operator in checking product quality, monitoring production, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

    + Work off a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions, making computer adjustments to pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.

    + Lay out final products, perform final assembly, and conduct product inspections to ensure quality.

    + Utilize hand tools and follow blueprints to manufacture products based on work orders.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and daily production goals.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read a tape measurer and experience using tools.

    + Mechanical aptitude.

    + Comfortable using a computer for machinery adjustments.

    + Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

    + Trade school, automotive, or assembly experience.

    + Blueprint reading skills.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, Massachusetts.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
