Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

**Location:** Cambridge City, Indiana

**Job Type:** Permanent

**Shifts Available:** 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Technicians in a food manufacturing facility. This role focuses on coordinating equipment and structural repairs, mentoring technicians, and implementing a comprehensive maintenance strategy using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The supervisor plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

+ Direct and support technicians in repairing production equipment and facility structures

+ Promote professional development and training for maintenance staff

+ Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs via CMMS

+ Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to oversee work orders

+ Ensure accurate inventory management with the Parts-Order Clerk

+ Conduct training on maintenance procedures and safety protocols

+ Compile maintenance data and report to plant leadership

+ Submit purchase requests for tools, equipment, and supplies

+ Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications

+ Align maintenance schedules with production timelines

+ Communicate and enforce safety policies and GMP standards

+ Work with the Maintenance Manager to refine maintenance procedures

+ Recommend improvements to work conditions and equipment usage

+ Address and escalate personnel issues within the department

The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
