We’re looking for hands-on, tool-ready technicians to assemble, repair, and service custom Highway-brand utility trucks—diggers, excavators, cranes, and more. If you know your way around hydraulics, wiring, and mechanical systems, this is your chance to work on serious equipment with a team that respects your skills

•** **What You’ll Be Doing
•️ Custom Equipment Assembly
+ Build hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems from the ground up
+ Fit, weld, bolt, and secure components using hand/power tools
+ Follow blueprints and layout diagrams to create fully functional utility vehicles
• Mechanical & Hydraulic Repair
+ Tear down and rebuild pumps, valves, cylinders, and more
+ Diagnose failures and restore systems to factory standards
+ Fabricate brackets and mounts as needed
• Electrical System Integration
+ Wire control panels, lighting, and power units (up to 100kV)
+ Troubleshoot faults using multimeters and schematics
+ Ensure all connections meet safety and performance specs
• Fabrication & Modification (Optional)
+ Cut, grind, weld, and customize truck frames and mounts
+ Operate plasma cutters, drill presses, hydraulic presses
• Field Service Technician (x1)
+ Service bucket and utility trucks on the road
+ Must work in-shop for 1 year before going mobile
+ Travel M–F across surrounding states (overnight stays required)
• What You Bring
+ 1–2+ years recent mechanic, auto tech, or diesel tech experience (dealership techs not preferred)
+ Your own tools: 200–300 piece set, toolbox/cart, wiring tools, drills, impacts
+ Bonus: prybar set, hammer set, work lights
+ Ability to lift 40 lbs overhead and work in tight spaces

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
Ichra Insurance with a 65% premium.
Dental, vision, $10k in life insurance.
PTO: 80 hours year 1, 120 hours years 2+. (They are not strict about PTO. If someone needs to step away they will not give anyone a hard time.)
