Production Associate – East Moline, IL $16-18

**Shift:** 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

**Hiring Production Associates for a growing facility in East Moline!** This is a great opportunity to join a team that supplies copper tubing and pipe to major retailers like Menards, Lowe’s, and Home Depot.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Pull and prepare copper pipe orders for shipment

+ Move pipe to pick locations

+ Barcode, label, bundle, and wrap pipe

+ Cut pipe to size per specifications

+ Manage scrap materials

+ Load and unload trucks

+ Wrap and package products for delivery

Qualifications:

+ Experience in production, general labor, or warehouse work preferred

+ Comfortable using hand tools and operating machinery

+ Ability to work independently and in a team

+ Strong attention to detail and safety

Perks:

+ **Consistent 1st shift hours** – no weekends!

+ **Production incentive pay** after training:

+ Tier 1: +$2.00/hour

+ Tier 2: +$3.00/hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
