Job Title: Construction Foreman

Pay: $30-40

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Foreman who thrives in a hands-on, on-site environment. You will be responsible for overseeing marine construction projects from start to finish. This role involves both fieldwork and desk duties, such as material ordering, record-keeping, daily logs, budgeting, and working closely with the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee marine construction projects from inception to completion.

+ Manage and lead construction teams in the field.

+ Order and manage construction materials efficiently.

+ Maintain accurate record-keeping and daily logs.

+ Create and manage project budgets.

+ Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to ensure project alignment and success.

Essential Skills

+ 5 years of hands-on experience in marine construction.

+ Strong knowledge of marine construction practices, including pile driving, dredging, and dock building.

+ Ability to lead and motivate teams in the field.

+ Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with construction supervision and management.

+ Familiarity with civil and commercial construction practices.

+ Experience working with general contractors.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
