    Braider Operator – 2nd Shift | West Palm Beach, FL | $15/hr

    •We’re hiring Braider Operators to help produce high-quality electronic cables in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Pay & Schedule

    + **Hourly Rate:** $15.00/hour

    + **Training Shift:** 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)

    + **Permanent Shift:** 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm)

    + **Overtime Available**

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate and maintain braiding machines (12 and 24 carrier).

    + Monitor and manage materials and take-up reels.

    + Perform minor machine repairs (e.g., replacing pawls, sleeves, ratchets).

    + Identify and report mechanical issues.

    + Track production and scrap data for each shift.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work area.

    + Follow all safety and environmental guidelines.

    What You Bring

    + Experience reading blueprints and working in production.

    + Skills in cable cutting, machine operation, and using hand tools.

    + Strong math and measuring abilities.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

    + Previous manufacturing experience (preferred but not required).

    + A positive attitude and willingness to learn!

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
