Job Title: Material Handler

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock audits.

+ Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.

+ Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.

+ Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly.

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

+ Forklift certification (if required by employer).

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.63 - $21.63/hr.
