Job Description

+ Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, you will install, repair, and operate equipment to support various services including temporary climate solutions, emergency drying services, and document recovery services. While you may specialize in one area, you should be willing and able to support all service lines as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Comply with all health and safety protocols established during onboarding, training, and throughout your tenure.

+ Operate company vehicles safely and courteously, adhering to DOT regulations and maintaining a minimum safety score.

+ Accurately complete daily project, equipment maintenance, and other required documentation.

+ Submit expense reports accurately and promptly to avoid delinquency of company-issued credit card payments.

+ Set up, maintain, and demobilize temporary climate control equipment such as desiccant dehumidifiers, DX air conditioning units, heaters, and more.

+ Communicate proactively with customers, sales teams, and operations counterparts as necessary.

+ Utilize downtime to maintain and prepare equipment for upcoming projects.

+ Work with the team to organize and maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient work area and shop.

+ Practice and promote safety on the job at all times.

+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area and vehicle.

+ Enter time into Netsuite and ADP according to company guidelines.

+ Complete assigned training topics and goals within allotted time frames.

+ Perform other miscellaneous tasks as directed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in repair, installation, troubleshooting, and use of hand and power tools.

+ Mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills.

+ Customer service orientation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Preferred backgrounds include HVAC, maintenance tech, military, or similar construction experience.

+ Valid driving license and clean driving record

Work Environment

+ Be prepared to travel 1-2 weeks a year, with potential for more. Work takes place in construction sites, manufacturing plants, and heavy industrial environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
