Job Title: NDT Inspector
Pay rate: $35/hr + $1,099 in weekly per diem
Job Description
We are seeking skilled FPI Inspectors to join our team. The role involves performing various non-destructive testing methods, specifically focusing on FPI. You would be performing the inspections on Aerospace parts and castings.
Responsibilities
+ Perform methods A (Water wash) and D (Post emulsification/hydrophilic).
+ Conduct all inspections using black light, without visible dye.
+ Cycle between multiple inspection booths handling processing, reading parts, visual inspection, final inspection, and power washing.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection).
+ Possession of a 2 Certification in accordance to NAS 410.
+ Proficiency in Method A (Water wash) and D (Post emulsification/hydrophilic).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Certification package must include certification date, expiration, method of NDT Certification, signed by a certifying Level 3.
+ Documentation of a minimum of 400 hours of on-the-job training and 32 hours of formal training, both signed by a certifying NDT Level 3.
+ Eye exam completed within the last year, meeting Jaeger 1 @ 12” and Ishihara (Color perception) standards.
+ Documented examination scores, signed by certifying NDT Level 3.
+ Valid Written Practice in accordance with NAS-410.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
