Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

This position involves assisting in the assembly of metal stoves. Candidates will be working on a line with other co-workers and will need to read blueprints and effectively communicate with team members.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in the assembly of metal stoves.

+ Work collaboratively on a production line with co-workers.

+ Read and interpret blueprints during the assembly process.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production or manufacturing environments.

+ Ability to read blueprints.

+ Good communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with machine operating or production is highly desirable.

+ Candidates with any type of production experience will be considered a great fit.

Work Environment

The work environment requires wearing steel toe boots and may become hot during the summer as it is not climate-controlled. Employees are allowed to wear shorts during hot weather. Protective eyewear is provided if needed. The work schedule offers flexibility with a first shift from Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4 pm, with voluntary overtime on Fridays. A weekend shift is also available, Saturday and Sunday from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with hours capped at 19 for the weekend.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Halifax, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
