Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all stages of the project life cycle, from inception to completion. This role involves creating and managing project budgets, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring the successful execution of all project phases.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee all stages of the project life cycle.

+ Create and manage project budgets.

+ Create and maintain project schedules.

+ Manage the RFI and submittal processes.

+ Conduct project buyout.

+ Manage subcontracts.

+ Develop and maintain client and subcontractor relationships.

+ Conduct cost management and reporting.

+ Resolve issues that arise during the project.

+ Manage project staff.

+ Oversee the closeout process.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of experience managing projects for a Commercial General Contractor as a Project Manager.

+ Strong organizational and project management skills.

+ Comprehensive understanding of construction plans and specifications.

+ Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

+ Strong math and analytical skills.

+ Thorough understanding of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in commercial construction and tenant improvement.

+ Estimation skills.

+ Experience working with a general contractor is a must.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rogers, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
