Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team on the 3rd shift. This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong experience in industrial maintenance—particularly within food production or packaging environments—and a passion for team development, operational efficiency, and equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
+ Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians across assigned shifts.
+ Oversee routine and emergency maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for electrical systems, including 240V and 480V circuits.
+ Guide the team in basic diagnostics and troubleshooting of PLCs.
+ Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of case packers and case erectors.
+ Manage maintenance operations for freezers and fryers, ensuring food safety and equipment integrity.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Welding experience
+ HVAC maintenance experience
+ Robotic maintenance experience

Work Environment
This role is based in a cleanroom environment maintained at a consistent temperature. Employees may occasionally be exposed to slightly cooler or warmer conditions depending on operational needs. Proper attire is required, including a hairnet, cleanroom coat, and steel-toed boots to ensure safety and compliance with hygiene standards.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $67000.00 - $83500.00/yr.
