**Job Title:** 2nd Shift Machine Operator
**Location:** Sterling, VA
**Shift:** 2nd Shift -3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
**Pay Rate:** $14.50/ph
Job Description:
Adecco is hiring for a 2nd Shift Operator in Sterling, VA! This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and build your skills in a hands-on production environment.
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for running and monitoring equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate and monitor production machinery
+ Perform quality checks on products to ensure specifications are met
+ Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate as needed
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area
+ Follow company policies, safety procedures, and production guidelines
Qualifications:
+ Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred (training available)
+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
+ Willingness to work 2nd shift schedule

**Pay Details:** $14.50 per hour
