**Adecco** is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced **Transaction Management Operations Analyst** to support our loan booking and closing activities. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of complex credit agreement data into our system of record, Loan IQ. The analyst will act as a key liaison between the deal teams and the core booking systems, requiring a strong background in corporate finance, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to data integrity.

+ **Location:** Hybrid in Plano, TX
+ **Shift** : Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ **Type:** Temp to hire
Responsibilities:
+ Data Entry & System Management: Meticulously review credit agreements to determine and extract critical data points including pricing, contract terms, covenants, and specific requirements. Accurately input and maintain this data within the Loan IQ system.
+ Documentation & Coordination: Work directly with internal deal teams to collect necessary closing documents, answer operational questions, and confirm contractual requirements in preparation for the engagement.
+ Process Oversight: Support the end-to-end loan closing process, ensuring all data is compliant with regulatory standards and internal policies.
+ Stakeholder Interaction: Occasionally interact with Agent Banks to confirm closing details (Note: Direct client interaction is not a primary function).
+ Risk & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality while staying informed about relevant regulatory changes and industry trends related to lending practices.
Qualifications:
+ Loan IQ Expertise: Proven, in-depth proficiency with the Loan IQ software or a similar, complex loan management system.
+ Financial Foundation: A degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in banking and/or corporate finance.
+ Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to meticulously review and verify complex loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data analysis abilities for evaluating financial terms, credit reports, and supporting documents.
+ Professional Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills to manage a high volume of closings and meet tight deadlines.
+ Collaboration & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team and interact with internal stakeholders and external Agent Banks.
+ Independent Work: Must demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work effectively and independently.
Preferred/Desired Skills
+ Experience in Commercial Credit or Wholesale Credit.
+ Direct experience with Fulfillment Booking/Funding processes (non-residential lending).
+ Prior experience reading and interpreting complex credit agreements.
+ Knowledge of Loan Syndication processes and best practices.
+ Familiarity with syndicated and corporate loan documentation requirements.
+ Ability to perform basic Credit Analysis

**Pay Details:** $32.00 per hour
