• Plastech Press Operator 1st shift

    Adecco is assisting a leading manufacturer in Rush City in their search to add Press Operators to their team- multiple shifts available.

     

    The Plastic Injection Press Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to produce parts that meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up and operate injection molding machines according to specifications

    + Monitor machines during the production cycle and adjust as needed

    + Perform regular quality checks on molded parts

    + Trim, deburr, or otherwise finish molded products

    + Record production data and complete required documentation

    + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment

    + Follow all safety procedures and company policies

    + Communicate any issues with machines, molds, or materials to supervisors or maintenance staff

    + Assist with mold changes and setup as needed

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED preferred

    + Previous experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing environment preferred but not required

    + Ability to read and interpret work instructions and quality standards

    + Basic mechanical aptitude

    + Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

    + Ability to stand for long periods

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
