**Adecco** is currently assisting a leading **retail auto parts company** in their search for a reliable and detail-oriented **Warehouse / Inventory Associate** in **Hollis, NY** . This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** with a growing company that values hard work and team collaboration.
?** **Job Responsibilities:
+ Receive, inspect, and stock incoming auto parts and supplies
+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or store delivery
+ Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
+ Use handheld scanners and inventory management systems
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
+ Assist with unloading and loading delivery trucks
+ Collaborate with store staff and warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment
?** **Qualifications:
+ Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred (auto parts industry a plus)
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Basic computer and inventory software skills
+ Forklift certification a plus (but not required)
+ High school diploma or equivalent
**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $18.50 per hour
