**Job Title:** Accounts Payable Specialist – Real Estate & Facilities
Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training)
**Hours:** 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible 8-hour day)
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to support our Real Estate and Facilities team. This role involves processing lease payables, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process lease-related expenses: utilities, repairs, insurance, and taxes
+ Maintain accurate records and perform data entry with attention to detail
+ Reconcile statements and verify charges against lease terms
+ Communicate with landlords and internal teams to resolve issues
+ Monitor shared inboxes, manage workflows, and handle correspondence
Qualifications:
+ 3–5 years of A/P experience; real estate accounting preferred but not required
+ Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
+ Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
+ Quick learner and self-starter
Preferred:
+ Experience with Oracle or Lucernex
Schedule:
+ Monday & Friday remote (after training)
+ Tuesday–Thursday onsite
+ Hybrid schedule available after 1 month of training, based on performance
**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
