    Now Hiring: Maintenance Technicians

     

    Join a respected regional food producer known for quality and innovation. We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to support production operations and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

     

    **Pay:** $30–$43/hour, based on experience

    **Benefits:** Medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), and more

    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on food production equipment

    + Handle installations, modifications, and repairs

    + Maintain a safe work environment aligned with OSHA standards

    + Support facilities maintenance as needed

    What You Bring:

    + Associate’s degree in electro-technology, military technical training, or trade/vocational schooling

    + 3+ years of experience in a production or high-speed environment

    + Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs

    + Knowledge of GMP, FDA, LEAN (5S), and OSHA standards

    + Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

    **Reporting To:** Maintenance Supervisor (Shift-Based)

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $43.00 per hour
