    Job Title: Project Manager -Fully Remote, with 20% travel must sit out of PA, NJ or CT.

    Job Description

    As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of transmission and substation projects. You will be responsible for reviewing project-related documents, arranging meetings to finalize project schedules, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and resources. Additionally, you will assist in developing project safety plans and managing communications with customers.

    Responsibilities

    + Review RFP, proposal, estimate, schedule, and all contract documents to become familiar with project requirements and obligations under the contract.

    + Arrange meetings to discuss and finalize outage schedules, permits, and job layout with the appropriate operations group.

    + Oversee material deliveries, tracking, and overall communication with the customer.

    + Ensure the project crew has all required vehicles, equipment, and tooling on-site in time for the start of the project.

    + Assist in the development of project safety plans, review them with the S&Q department, and submit them to the customer prior to project start.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of Transmission/Substation Project Management experience.

    + Proficiency in managing financial and budgeting aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and under budget.

    + Experience with software such as P6, Excel, and other construction management tools.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor's Degree and PMP certifications are advantageous.

    + Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Experience supporting end users such as PPL, First Energy, PSE&G, and Exelon is highly beneficial.

    Work Environment

    The Project Manager will have the flexibility to work remotely, with an expectation to travel about 20% of the time. Travel to the corporate office in York, PA, will be required once or twice a month. The company offers a supportive work culture where you will not feel like just a number. There is a strong bonus structure in place, with Project Managers eligible for bonuses ranging from 15%-20% of their salary. Senior Project Managers may receive bonuses from 20%-25%. Additionally, there is a car allowance of $1,350 per month and PTO ranging from 80 to 160 hours, depending on experience.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

     

    3-4 weeks of PTO. Car allowance ($1,350/month). Bonuses that range from 15%-25%.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a hybrid position in York,PA.
