Staff Accountant – Entry Level

We’re seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reconciliation processes, and contributing to operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

+ Collaborate with the Controller to complete timely and accurate reconciliations of general ledger accounts, including complex entries.

+ Assist in reviewing and collecting reconciliations across departments, proactively tracking aging items and escalating as needed.

+ Support payroll processing as a backup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

+ Contribute to the annual budgeting process by assisting with departmental budget preparation.

+ Continuously seek opportunities to improve accounting processes and enhance efficiency.

+ Meet deadlines set by the CFO and Controller in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

+ Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (internships or related experience welcome).

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

+ Familiarity with accounting software (experience preferred).

+ Ability to calculate figures, analyze financial data, and learn new software quickly.

+ Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

+ Self-disciplined and able to work under pressure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $28.85/hr.
