Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Start Date: Interviews begin as early as September 23
About the Role
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead a Pre-Market Supplier Quality Engineering team focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) and supplier management. This role combines leadership and technical execution to ensure supplier quality excellence across strategic ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) product lines.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead supplier quality efforts for NPI projects and ENT product integration
+ Qualify and manage suppliers to meet regulatory and internal quality standards
+ Drive validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV) across sourced components
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supplier-related issues
+ Audit suppliers and provide performance feedback
+ Contribute to process improvements and technical documentation
+ Communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred)
+ Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or 2 years with an advanced degree
+ Strong background in supplier quality within the medical device industry
+ Expertise in Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV)
+ Deep understanding of NPI processes
+ Excellent planning, technical writing, and presentation skills
+ Experience with SDKs, electro-mechanical components, and surgical platform hardware

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
