With a significant presence in Ohio, the company is experiencing growth in its vertical construction department, which includes projects in Higher Education, K-12 Education, Healthcare, and Civic sectors.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.

    + Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

    + Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.

    + Monitor progress and report to stakeholders.

    + Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

    + Resolve conflicts and conduct inspections.

    + Maintain accurate documentation.

    Essential Skills

    + Commercial construction

    + Construction management

    + General contractor

    + 5+ years of Superintendent experience

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Education or healthcare project experience, preferred

    + Must have complex commercial project experience

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gahanna, Ohio.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
