Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to oversee the installation and maintenance of our industrial equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment, including new installations, regular servicing, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.

Responsibilities

+ Read and interpret engineering blueprints.

+ Install new production equipment.

+ Service and maintain equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related machinery.

+ Inspect and assess the functionality of production machines.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.

+ Adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.

+ Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.

+ Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks.

+ Communicate effectively with the production team and maintain a clean work area.

+ Prepare and submit maintenance reports.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including sensors and servo systems.

+ Experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.

+ Exposure to PLC systems.

+ Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, relay, controls, and overloads.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

+ Experience with AutoCAD.

+ Advanced PLC proficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
