Job Title: Electronics Technician
Job Description
The Electronics Technician is responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing production units that fail electrically on testers. This role involves leading and assisting in the calibration of inspections, tests, and measurement equipment. The technician will provide formal documented FAI reports for customer and internal use, and support the design, manufacturing, and engineering teams by collecting and analyzing data, reviewing products, and assessing process capabilities.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair electrically failed production units.
+ Lead or assist in the calibration of inspection, test, and measurement equipment.
+ Provide formal documented FAI reports for customer and internal use.
+ Support design, manufacturing, and engineering teams with data collection and analysis.
+ Review products and assess process capabilities.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in quality processes and electrical assembly.
+ Experience using multimeters and precision measuring equipment.
+ Experience or understanding of charting and process control methods.
+ Skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
+ Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 year of experience using power sources, power analyzers, and multimeters.
+ Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, paint mil gauges, hardness testers, CMM, and others.

Work Environment
Weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM (36 hours) with opportunities to gain more hours.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Tucson, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
