Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct minimal PLC work and extensive 24v electrical work.
+ Work with 480v electrical systems.
+ Repair blown fuses and replace bad valves.
+ Perform changeovers as needed.
+ Work on and replace pumps.
+ Pull wires when necessary.
+ Conduct troubleshooting and mechanical repairs.
+ Repair motors and fix minor electrical issues.
+ Perform maintenance on pneumatics and conduct preventive maintenance.
Essential Skills
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
+ Experience with hydraulics and mechanical systems.
+ Proficiency in repair and maintenance techniques.
+ Mechanical troubleshooting expertise.
+ Electrical experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with preventive maintenance.
+ Ability to work with pneumatics.

Work Environment
The work environment is a GMP setting. Safety is a priority, requiring safety shoes, safety glasses, hair nets, beard nets, and ear plugs. Working hours start at either 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM, with shifts lasting 8-10 hours, averaging 40-50 hours per week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
