Position Summary
This position will be responsible for managing a team of developers and business analysts providing operational support and application enhancements in the Medicare space.
Required Qualifications
Must have either full stack stack software development experience (.NET preferred) in a team lead position, or at least 2 years of experience managing a software development team with a solid understanding of DevSecOps.
+ **Team Leadership** : Oversee a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance.
+ **Project Management** : Manage the software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
+ **Technical Oversight** : Ensure architectural and engineering integrity, advocating for best practices in software development and DevSecOps.
+ **Collaboration** : Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to align development efforts with business goals.
+ **Continuous Improvement** : Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging participation in training and development opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Strong understanding of full stack development technologies and methodologies.
+ Experience with DevSecOps practices, ensuring security is integrated throughout the development process.
+ Experience with Cloud integration.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
