Position Summary

_We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Testim, mabl, Copilot for test generation) is a strong plus._

_Key Responsibilities_

+ _Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories._

+ _Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and API layers._

+ _Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright._

+ _Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, log, and track defects through resolution._

+ _Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives._

+ _Use AI-powered tools to accelerate test case generation, defect prediction, and test maintenance._

+ _Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices._

+ _Ensure traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements._

+ _Provide clear and concise test documentation and reports._

_Required Skills & Qualifications_

+ _5–8 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing._

+ _Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress)._

+ _Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or REST Assured._

+ _Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools or AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Testim, mabl)._

+ _Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies._

+ _Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps._

+ _Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes._

+ _Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills._

_Preferred Qualifications_

+ _Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)._

+ _Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices._

+ _Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)._

+ _ISTQB or equivalent QA certification._

+ _Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance)._

_Education_

+ _Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred_

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
