    Short Description: -

     

    Document the design and technical structure of the custom workflows in the Appeals application that supports the Appeals Division. Solution is built on Micro Pact’s entelli-trak platform. The solution is hosted in AWS and is managed by a DMAS vendor.

     

    DMAS is seeking an expert level programmer analyst that can independently review an existing system and document the configuration details. The individual will be required to understand and document the customizations that have been added to the base code. In addition, the analyst will document all existing interfaces and current hosting environment. Analyst will be required to review the stories and change requests documented in JIRA as part of the documentation process.

    Required Skills: -

    + 8+ years Experienced in configuring entelli-trak platform.

    + 8+ years Experienced in Java programming.

    + 5+ years Experienced in using JIRA.

    + 5+ years’ Experience in working with cloud hosted solutions, especially AWS.

    + Good understanding of network concepts.

    + Good understanding of authentication and authorization using single sign on solutions.

    + Experience in documenting design details using MS tools including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Visio.

    + 5+ years’ Experience in documenting existing process automation workflows.

     

    Desired Skills: -

     

    + Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-starter.

    + Ability to communicate system design and technical functions to business leads.

    + Interpersonal skills, communication, facilitation and presentation (written and oral) skills.
