    Your Mission:

    + Be the expert who identifies, confirms, and resolves customer concerns with precision.

    + Inspect vehicles and provide clear, accurate repair estimates.

    + Act as the vital link between customers and technicians — communication is key.

    + Handle incoming calls with professionalism and urgency.

    + Write repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP.

    + Utilize Pathways, Mitchell, and Audatex estimating systems with confidence and accuracy.

    What You Bring:

    + Outstanding communication and time management skills.

    + Solid typing and computer skills to process repair orders efficiently.

    + Strong math skills to calculate service costs with accuracy.

    + A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
