    What will you be doing?

     

    + Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.

    + Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.

    + Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.

    + When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.

    + Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

    + Represent Wesley Chapel Toyota’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.

    + Have fun!

    We are seeking candidates with

    + Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.

    + Toyota brand experience, a plus!

    + Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.

    + An understanding of the mechanical and technical

    + Computer proficiency. Experience with CDK a plus!

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Team player

    + Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
