What You’ll Do:
Talent Wage & Hour Coordination:
• Daily audits of non-exempt timecards, reviewing for missed punches, late/short/no lunches; takes necessary corrective action with both Team Member and supervisor; purpose is to ensure total compliance with wage and hour requirements and policies
• Partner with Staffing Agency partners to ensure hours are captured accurately and that roster is current
• Daily review and communication of hours worked to operations leadership, reviewing and identifying trends, patterns and outliers of overtime and double-time
• Tracking of attendance program, including tracking points and corrective actions
• Support of supervisors when supervisors create Corrective Action Template related to attendance
Onboarding:
• Support the creation and ongoing management of a seamless and effective onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
• Build and manage swag/gifts inventory within approved budget and process for onboarding new hires, site specific, including ensuring each Team Member receives their onboarding package.
• Onboard/help load and train on HRIS mobile system for all incoming Team Members.
• Collaborate with the Team Member Experience Team to design onboarding schedules that include company culture, job-specific training, and tools for success.
• Serve as a key point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during their onboarding process.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all onboarding documentation and systems access.
Training and Development:
• Manage training system Alchemy for site specific location.
• Partner with the Team Member Experience Business Partners to assess training needs
• Design and maintain training roadmaps that enhance Team Member skills and career progression.
• Support workshops, webinars, and ongoing training sessions
• Track the effectiveness of training programs
Team Member Engagement and Experience:
• Serve as a point of contact for Team Member feedback, working to improve the overall Team Member experience.
• Help plan and monitor Team Member satisfaction through surveys, planned round table feedback sessions, other feedback tools, and open dialogues to drive continuous improvement.
• Collate engagement survey feedback to help the Team Member Experience Team plan/build Team Member programs.
• Collaborate with the Team Member Experience Team to develop initiatives that boost Team Member morale, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications:
* Bilingual - Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (or) equivalent practical hands on experience.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or general operations administration roles leading / aiding Team Member experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for Team Member development and engagement.
• Proficient in HR software, onboarding tools, and Team Member feedback platforms.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to model a people-oriented approach - a passion for creating positive experiences at every stage of the Team Member lifecycle.
• Must demonstrate a proactive stance with ability to anticipate future needs
• Proven track record managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a attention to detail, ensuring all processes, from onboarding to offboarding, are handled with precision and care.
• Must work in a collaborative manner, effectively with various departments and leadership
• Proven analytical skills, using data to make informed decisions and improvements to the team member experience programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
