    Position: Data Entry Coordinator

     

    Pay-

     

    18/hr (paid weekly)

     

    Start Date - October 13th– December 1st

     

    Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accurately input and manage large volumes of data across internal systems

    + Process a minimum of 8 code changes per shift-hour

    + Collaborate with on-site customer reps to initiate store connection sequences

    + Maintain organized electronic and paper files

    + Compile and analyze data using Excel

    + Manage communications via Outlook and support cross-functional teams

    + Generate reports and uphold data security protocols

    Must-Have Skills:

    + 1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

    Nice-to-Haves:

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or SharePoint

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
