    Position Title: Project Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Plan, coordinate, and execute projects supporting the Security Services Branch (SSB), including physical access control systems (PACS), video surveillance (CCTV), identity management, and enterprise security services.

    + Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and resource allocation plans.

    + Track project progress and provide status reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings.

    + Coordinate across technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

    + Support the development of standards, SOPs, and security documentation as part of project deliverables.

    + Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to leadership when necessary.

    + Ensure project compliance with federal guidelines, NIST standards, and USCP security policies.

    + Serve as a liaison between technical staff, security engineers, and leadership to translate requirements into actionable plans.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Minimum seven (7) years of experience

    + Project Management Certification is strongly preferred. (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)

    + Experience managing Mid-Large Enterprise Projects

    + Experience with managing the full IT project lifecycle to include requirements, development, implementation, and maintenance

    + Knowledge of installing and maintaining Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) is a plus

    + Experience with developing and presenting executive briefs

    + Experience with managing cross-organizational relationships and third-party vendors

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills

    + Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project is a plus

    + Experience supporting a PMO is a plus; supporting an IT PMO is highly desired

    + Previous experience with a Government Agency is highly desired
