    How you will make an Impact:

    Atlas Sands is in search of a Dry Plant Manager to join our Operations Team in Monahans and Kermit, TX. The Plant Superintendent is a multifaceted role – part of the Plant Management Operations team, working with Atlas Executives, leading the plant by example, and always putting safety first.

    Responsibilities:

    + Daily inspection of dry plant operations and conditions

    + Assessing and evaluating daily, weekly, and monthly trends as they relate to production, quality, automation, and engineering from HMI

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with TPH and any other performance related issues with each dryer

    + Evaluate dryer fuel consumption and analyze consumption based on tonnage

    + Recommend changes in standard operating procedures to improve production, training, and performance

    + As the Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for training and mentoring operators on each of the crew

    + Liaise between plant manager, maintenance lead, supervisors, IT, and contractors for work orders, projects, and automation, and process improvements

    + Primary advocate for health and safety policies and maintain health and safety procedures throughout the plant

    + Knowledge on MSHA regulations and standards

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years with industry related experience (including experience in pyro process systems)

    + Minimum of High School Diploma

    + Excellent computer skills in addition to knowledge and understanding of MSOffice (excel included)

    + Previous leadership experience
