Work You'll Do
As a Manager, you will lead teams and client engagements across Deloitte's global network, delivering solutions to complex challenges in the financial services sector. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Overseeing and directing projects related to the implementation and automation of regulatory reporting processes, ensuring rigorous testing and validation of reporting data, developing quality assurance programs, and leading remediation efforts for regulatory reporting issues.
+ Defining and advising on regulatory reporting requirements, resolving complex interpretive questions, and establishing governance processes while shaping best practices for clients.
+ Designing and deploying regulatory reporting policies at an enterprise level-including risk and control assessments, operational/data controls, and data analytics-while mentoring consultants and senior consultants.
+ Leading cross-functional teams and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating efforts among practitioners and professionals from complementary disciplines.
+ Owning workstreams for large and complex projects, managing client relationships, driving delivery and ensuring project milestones, quality standards, and outcomes.
+ Presenting analyses and recommendations to senior client stakeholders, influencing client decisions and supporting implementation of strategic solutions.
+ Driving internal initiatives and business development efforts, creating industry perspectives, developing lead generation materials, and contributing to proposal development and client pitches.
+ Developing talent by coaching and overseeing team members, and supporting their professional growth.

Our Regulatory & Financial Risk offering supports clients' regulatory and compliance needs, balancing risk and regulatory requirements with enhancing business value and optimizing outcomes. We deliver enhanced value through strategic transformation, end-to-end implementation, and a focus on business-as-usual sustainability across processes, controls, and data & analytic infrastructures.
Qualifications
Required
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
+ 6+ years of experience in financial services or consulting with a focus on regulatory reporting, remediation and transformation programs, implementation of reporting requirements, testing, automation, report preparation, and/or related data analysis.
+ Proven experience managing project teams and client relationships, with ability to oversee multiple workstreams and deliver results independently.
+ Ability to travel up to 50%, based on client and project needs.
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred
+ Deep knowledge of key regulatory reports such as FR Y-14, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031, FR Y-15, FFIEC 009, or FFIEC 101.
+ Expertise in business processes, regulatory requirements, risk management, internal control management, technology controls, and frameworks within regulatory reporting.
+ Familiarity with regulatory risk functions and enterprise-wide execution, oversight, testing, and data analytics.
+ Advanced relationship management and project/program leadership skills; proven success managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
+ Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including experience leading proposal development, client presentations, and executive briefings.
+ Experience with reporting technology/tools (e.g., Axiom).
+ Direct experience at a financial services regulator (e.g., OCC, FRB).
+ Experience with capital, liquidity, or stress testing.
+ Subject matter expertise in banking products (e.g., loans, securitizations, derivatives, SFTs, deposits).
+ Experience in business development, client service management, and executive-level communication.
+ Advanced degree and/or certification (e.g., MBA, CRCM, CPA, PMP, CFA).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $159,400 to $265,600
