What does a successful Senior Software Development Engineer- Tech Lead do at Fiserv?

A successful Senior Software Development Engineer - Tech Lead at Fiserv leads Agile Scrum teams in developing and enhancing scalable, cloud-enabled digital payment solutions using cutting-edge technologies like ASP.NET Core and microservices. They ensure the solutions meet business requirements, support seamless bill payments across various channels, and contribute to the company's mission of innovating financial technology services.

What you will do:

+ Lead a team of Software Engineers and Quality Assurance Analysts in Agile Scrum processes.

+ Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and groom product backlogs and plan upcoming work.

+ Develop and implement new software programs and maintain the performance of existing systems.

+ Write production-quality code, test while developing, and document designs and processes.

+ Identify and implement process improvements and establish software development standards.

What you will need to have:

+ 5+ years of experience in software development with distributed server solutions.

+ 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, SQL, and JavaScript.

+ 5+ years of experience in utilizing common design patterns and reviewing software designs.

+ Four-year degree in software engineering, computer science, or computer engineering and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

+ 5+ years of experience in cloud-based development and deployment (AWS/PCF/Azure).

+ 5+ years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Azure DevOps.

+ 5+ years of experience developing applications using Test Driven Development (TDD) and microservices.

Salary Range

$90,000.00 - $158,400.00
