    Under supervision, the Assister Program Analyst assists in the planning, coordination, organization and assessment of the development and implementation of a functional program including program evaluation, and program management.

     

    Support the Assister Program Manager in the establishment of Navigator and Certified Application Counselor (CAC) program requirements and goals, including the application and selection process.

     

    Develop content and communications for assister engagement.

     

    Maintain Navigator Grantee Organization relationships by providing ongoing support, to include responding to escalated inquiries.

     

    Monitor Navigator Grantee Organizations and Navigators’ progress and performance, to include development of monthly reports.

     

    Monitor and track Certified Application Counselor (CAC) and Certified Application Counselor Designated Organization's (CDO) performance and ensures compliance with division policy.

     

    Develop and update Certified Application Counselor (CAC) onboarding materials.

     

    Ensure training coursework and exams are updated to reflect changes in federal or state health insurance standards.

     

    Participate in organizing and structuring program evaluations.

     

    Perform other duties assigned.

     

    High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of job-related experience or completion of an apprenticeship/internship that sufficiently supplied experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position or any other combination of education and professional experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.
