    SUMMARY

    The Data Privacy Intern, as a member of the Corporate Quality department at ACM will gain insight into how data structures are a value add in quality systems, how data privacy is structured within a professional environment, and the interworking of cross-functional communication within a clinical trials organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Complete ROPA (Record of Processing Activities) elements in OneTrust.

    + Review legal agreements and pull out certain elements

    + Help draft questionnaires.

    + Help draft Data Privacy Frameworks & Application.

    + Assist with developing a privacy training plan.

    + Assist with Privacy week planning.

    + Help organize and keep up on current changes in privacy laws via West Law or OneTrust.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + Student Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field

    + Must reside in Rochester, NY or commutable distance to site

    The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
