Technical Program Manager

At TEKsystems we are supporting a local organizartion seeking a Hawai‘i-based Technical Program Manager or Product Owner for a contract role with the potential to convert to a full-time position. This individual will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of enterprise data analytics product roadmap, managing incoming business demands, and ensuring alignment with our data platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support the development and prioritization of the analytics product roadmap.

+ Triage new business demands submitted via ServiceNow and draft high-level requirements.

+ Serve as a key point of contact for data and process-related inquiries.

+ Act as a product owner representative during agile development cycles.

+ Facilitate scrums, roadmap planning sessions, feature design discussions, and product support activities.

+ Evaluate business requests to determine alignment with the Databricks roadmap and manage the demand intake process.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in technical program management, business analysis, or product ownership.

+ Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience facilitating agile ceremonies.

+ Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar demand management tools.

+ Experience working with data platforms such as Databricks is a plus.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Structure:

This is a hybrid role based in Hawai‘i. 1-2 days onsite. must reside in Hawaii.

Contract Details:

+ Contract position with potential for contract-to-hire based on performance and business needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
