What You’ll Do:

+ Support pre-go-live and go-live transition efforts.

+ Install, configure, and support end-user devices, peripherals, and software.

+ Deploy hardware including printers, scanners, carts, laptops, and desktops.

+ Validate workstation functionality using predefined scripts.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.

+ Assist with hardware refresh and facility tech deployments.

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders for escalations and issue resolution.

+ Conduct root cause analysis and document technical findings.

+ Provide basic tech training to end users.

+ Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.

+ Keep worksite clean and organized, including equipment setup and breakdown.

• What You Bring:

+ Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting.

+ Ability to follow technical documentation and scripts.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

+ Comfortable working in a healthcare or fast-paced environment.

+ Reliable transportation to and from the Mt. Pleasant site.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
