    Description

    This Medical Office is seeking an outreach coordinator to support Wellness team with outreach to Medicare patients. They will support company initiatives to get Medicare patients in for wellness checks, annual physicals, and book appointments with specialist as needed. They must be comfortable handling patient outreach and performing data entry as needed.

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
