Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with account management, troubleshooting, and general inquiries across multiple communication channels. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a commitment to company values and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Interaction

+ Answer inbound customer calls and respond to online chat inquiries

+ Reset passwords, assist with account creation, and upload documents

+ Provide general information and help customers manage their accounts

+ Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare options

Problem Solving

+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner

+ Find creative solutions to consumer challenges and escalate when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Experience in inbound call centers, hospitality, retail, or healthcare preferred

+ Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently while working remotely

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic technical tools

+ Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
