What you’ll do: • Work with a team of Desktop Support technicians in one of the largest service centers at Schwab with over 6,000 users. • System administration of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops. • Provide hands on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors and personal printers. • Also required to provide phone support and remote assistance as needed. • Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status. •

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
