    As a Kore.AI Developer, you will make an impact by developing and optimizing AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and customer interactions. You will be a valued member of the Technology team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

    - Develop and implement AI-driven solutions using Kore.AI to enhance business processes and customer interactions.

     

    - Optimize existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and performance within the Payer domain.

     

    - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

     

    - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables and seamless integration.

     

    - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring X days a week in a client or Cognizant office in city, state.     Qualifications

    - Possess a strong understanding of Kore.AI and its application in developing AI-driven solutions.

     

    - Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain with a proven track record of successful projects.

     

    - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

     

    - Have a solid foundation in software development principles and practices.

     

    - Show proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI and chatbot development.

     

    - Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

     

    - Kore.AI Developer Certification

     

    - Payer Domain Certification

     

    Nice-to-Haves

     

    - Experience with open-source LLMs and chatbot frameworks.

     

    - Knowledge of supercomputers and their role in training AI models.

     

    - Ability to document technical designs, processes, and solutions effectively.

     

    - Experience in project planning and estimation.

     

    - Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
