Job Summary
As an Senior Appian Developer, you will lead the design and development of BPM solutions using Appian. This role demands strong architectural expertise and hands-on experience with Appian components and integrations.
What you need to have to be considered
+ Design and implement scalable technology solutions using Appian to meet business needs and objectives.
+ Strong understanding of reusable components, frameworks, and design patterns.
+ Ability to collaborate with client technical teams to finalize architecture.
+ Experience in creating high-level and detailed design documents for workflows.

In this role, you will:
+ Architect BPM solutions and develop workflows using Appian BPM.
+ Build integration components and Web APIs to connect with external services.
+ Create and manage CDTs, SAIL scripts, task reports, records, and sites.
+ Support defect resolution and assist with production deployment documentation.

Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
