Position: Digital Experience Analyst
Reports to: Vice President of Information Technologies
Under the guidance of the VP of IT, this role focuses on improving the digital experience for our members and coworkers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
Your purpose:
Digital Experience Responsibilities (approx. 20hrs per week)
+ Lead efforts to enhance the digital experience for members and coworkers by researching, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our members’ digital journey feels just as personal as an in-branch visit.
+ Maintain and organize our intranet.
+ Partner with vendors, coworkers, and managers to implement changes and upgrades that benefit our members and streamline internal processes.
Technical Support Responsibilities (approx. 20hrs per week)
+ Design, build, and maintain custom digital forms and workflows to support internal processes and enhance the member experience.
+ Apply programming skills to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
+ Develop and maintain custom reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and departments.
+ Extract, transform, and present data using various reporting tools.
+ Manage user access to Credit Union systems to keep information safe and organized.
+ Support audits by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with access policies.
+ Collaborate with departments to make sure our systems work as efficiently as possible.
+ Provide technical assistance and support positively and professionally.
+ Assist with the maintaining and supporting Credit Union ATM hardware and software including, performing software updates, ensuring operational order, and being a contact for third party vendors.
We are looking for:
Experience / Education
+ Associate’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science or related degree preferred.
+ Working knowledge of various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL) with the ability to apply them to our Credit Union software.
+ Experience with data reporting and analysis preferred.
+ Proven ability to troubleshoot, ask appropriate questions, and work independently.
Skills / Abilities
+ Demonstrates ingenuity in the search for new solutions to resolve critical features to improve member and internal experience.
+ Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain working relationships with cross-functional peers.
Schedule:
+ Position is located in Olean, NY.
+ Position requires rotating on-call evening / weekend availability with other members of the IT Department.
The expected pay range for this position is $18.00 -$26.00/ hour. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
