    As a Customer Relations Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat behind our seamless service—answering calls, connecting clients, and helping with financial and billing questions, all while championing a positive, supportive atmosphere in healthcare.     About the Position

     

    + Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism.

    + Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account questions.

    + Process payments, set up payment plans, and review accounts for accuracy.

    + Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account records.

    + Educate patients on equipment use and troubleshooting.

    + Support the team with administrative tasks and share findings or trends with supervisors.

    + Assist with other duties as needed to support our mission and values.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

    + Previous experience in medical reimbursement or medical office customer service preferred.

     

    Qualifications for Success

     

    + Strong organizational and time management skills; able to follow tasks through to completion.

    + Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.

    Compensation

     

    + $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience

     

    Schedule

     

    + 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
