_We are looking for you to join our team as a_ **_Quality Engineer_** _based out of_ **_Apopka, FL_** _._
_What You’ll get to Do:_
+ _Develop, modify, apply, and maintain electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls, foreign object debris, and Contamination control processes_
+ _Work with the multi-functional teams on process updates_
+ _Processing of MRB nonconformances_
+ _Supports the Program, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams with data analytics for improvement processes._
+ _Conduct or support internal audits, process observations, and area assessments to established policies, procedures, work instructions, and program-specific plans._
+ _Supporting root cause corrective action processes_
+ _Experience with M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint_
_Basic Qualifications Quality Engineer_** **_:_
+ _Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 2+ years of Quality and or Mission Assurance work experience_
+ _Experience conveying technical information (both written and verbal)_
+ _Experience in ANSI S20.20 ESD standards and/or Contamination Control Program_
+ _Experience in reading and interpreting GD&T drawings_
+ _Strong working knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.)_
+ _Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance_
+ _U.S. Citizen Required_
_Preferred Qualifications Quality Engineer_** **_:_
+ _Knowledge of RCCA tools and methodology_
+ _ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)_
+ _Strong background in design and/or manufacturing of electromechanical, electro-optical, and/or opto-mechanical systems._
+ _Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access_

Primary Level Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
