PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (Cashier)

+ Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide them with an inviting and memorable experience.

+ Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using our POS system, ensuring all transactions are correct and complete.

+ Provide the highest level of customer service, addressing any questions or requests promptly and courteously.

+ Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients, allergies and benefits, to help customers make informed choices.

+ Assist in preparing and delivering delicious food to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

+ Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

+ Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.

+ Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.

+ Support with any additional duties assigned.

+ Provide the highest level of customer service by promptly addressing any questions or requests courteously.

+ Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients and benefits, to help customers make informed choices.

+ Deliver guests’ food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

+ Regularly check on guests at their tables to ensure they have everything they need and are satisfied with their dining experience.

+ Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.

+ Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members.

+ Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.

+ Support with any additional duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

+ Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, etc.)

+ Passionate about providing excellent customer service.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Fun and outgoing attitude!

+ Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

+ May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
