We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Business Process Design Analyst - ISG to support our Digital Transformation team. This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance business processes across the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG).

**Key Responsibilities** ​

+ As the interface for the ISG DT team, maintain close contact and communication with the NA Business Operation business and management team.

+ Lead and participate in NA ISG DT and IT projects.

+ Support ISG business process redevelopment and solution design, including product development, marketing/sales, supply chain, and service.

+ Implement and support supply chain system solutions related to NA data privacy.

+ Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the ISG team.

+ Collaborate with IT teams to deliver technical solutions for ISG processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.​

+ Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain ongoing communication with finance teams to drive continuous process improvement.​

+ Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption.

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field.

+ 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation impacting Supply Chain Services.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non-supply chain stakeholders.

+ Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.

+ Experience in designing business solutions and evaluating technical feasibility in collaboration with IT teams.

+ Solid understanding of financial digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.

+ Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

+ Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

+ Experience implementing automations leveraging AI a plus.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $105-135k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3days/wk at our Morrisville, NC location.
